1. Authentication Policy
We are committed to delivering 100% authentic items. Every product listed on Drawarchive is carefully vetted and sourced exclusively through verified, trusted suppliers.
Prior to dispatch, each piece undergoes a rigorous quality control and authenticity inspection. For high-value, designer, or limited-release items, supporting documentation or verification details may be provided upon request. Under no circumstances do we offer replica, counterfeit, or unauthorized merchandise.
If you require additional confirmation regarding the authenticity of a specific item, please reach out to our team before placing your order.
2. Condition Disclaimer & Item Grading
All items sold on our site are pre-owned vintage pieces and may exhibit minor signs of wear consistent with their age and history. We strive to detail and photograph any notable imperfections to the best of our ability. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that items are sold on an “as-is” basis and that subtle imperfections are a natural aspect of vintage garments.
Condition Grading Scale:
 Mint / Like New: Pristine condition with no visible signs of wear.
 Excellent: Lightly worn and exceptionally well preserved.
 Good: Noticeable signs of use, but fully functional and completely wearable.
 Fair: Heavy wear with clear cosmetic flaws (all detailed in the product description).
3. Sourcing & Shipping Policy
As a curated sourcing service, not all products on Drawarchive are stocked on-hand for immediate dispatch. Certain pieces are sourced on-demand, requiring extra time for delivery and authentication.
 Extended Shipping: Items falling under this category will be clearly marked as “EXTENDED SHIPPING” in their description, and tracking details may experience a slight delay.
 Image Ownership Notice: Please note that select product photos displayed on our website may be sourced from third parties or original sellers. Drawarchive does not claim ownership of or accept liability for these third-party images.
 Final Sale Notice: All sales are final. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation by Drawarchive
Items marked as Extended Shipping remain subject to physical inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
In rare instances, if a sourced item fails our stringent quality checks or displays discrepancies compared to its original description/photographs, Drawarchive reserves the right to cancel the order. While we understand this may be frustrating, we prioritize quality standards over fulfilling compromised items.
If your order is canceled due to quality issues:
 A full refund will be immediately issued back to your original payment method.
 You will receive an automated cancellation confirmation via email. (Please check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting a confirmation).
 Standard bank processing times will apply before the funds reflect in your account.
5. Shipping, Insurance & Liability Policy
All orders are shipped with full end-to-end tracking and insurance corresponding to the parcel's value.
Once your shipment has been dispatched, transfer of responsibility passes to the designated carrier. Drawarchive is not responsible for transit-related loss, damage, theft, or courier delays.
 Filing Claims: Should any delivery issue occur, customers must submit a claim directly through the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number to recover damages.
 Disputes & Chargebacks: Claims or chargebacks filed against Drawarchive regarding transit or courier errors will not be accepted.
 Returned Packages: Any packages returned to us due to failure of collection, incorrect shipping addresses, unpaid import fees/customs, or delivery rejections are non-refundable. We will gladly arrange re-shipment; however, all return/re-shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Unpaid returns will be held subject to our final sale terms.
6. Care Instructions & Customer Responsibility
Due to the delicate, aged nature of vintage fashion, please handle all items with care. Drawarchive is not liable for damages caused by improper cleaning, laundering, or wear post-receipt.
7. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or tariffs levied by their local destination authorities. We hold no responsibility for delays caused by local customs clearance processes.
